JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The first widespread rain chances in more than a month arrive this week. Scattered showers will pop up on Monday, and although not everyone will see rain, the areas that do get rain will have very slick roads due to a month's worth of oil mixing with the rain before washing away. Then, widespread rain and a few strong storms move through on Tuesday.
WHEN: 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1, to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
IMPACT: Widespread rain and a few strong storms
NEED: Be careful driving as roads will be slick. Allow yourself more travel time in case of disruptions. Download FCN+ for updates on any strong storms that develop. Don't forget rain gear Tuesday morning.
