TEXARKANA, Texas – The Texarkana Annual Christmas Parade, originally scheduled for Monday evening, has been postponed. Main Street Texarkana announced on Sunday that the postponement is due to the forecasted cold and rainy weather.
The organization cited safety concerns and the well-being of the community as the reasons for the decision.
The Christmas Parade has been rescheduled for December 15 at 7 p.m. in downtown Texarkana.
