SUFFOLK, Va. — All northbound lanes on I-664 at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel have reopened following an earlier crash that shut down the roadway this morning.

Crews cleared the scene, and traffic is now flowing normally.

The crash had backed up traffic for about 1.25 miles as responders worked to remove the vehicles involved and ensure the area was safe.

Drivers may still experience some residual delays as congestion eases, but conditions are improving.
