(KIMT) -- After this weekend's impressive snowstorm, secondary roads remain slick Monday morning. With sub-freezing high temperatures and overcast conditions expected Monday, those secondary roads will keep a layer of snow and/or ice in place. With road crews out and about, the best travel times will be after 9 AM.
Expect temperatures to peak around 20° regionwide Monday with light southerly breezes. As a low pressure system passes to our south, a few passing snow showers will be possible from the late morning to early afternoon hours. No major accumulations are expected.
Our next weather maker will be a clipper system that will move in Tuesday night. All locations should see some snow.
