GRAND RAPIDS, MI - The Grand Rapids Downtown Market recently announced soft opening of Myanmar Meals , a new culinary destination bringing the bold, flavorful tastes of Burmese and Cantonese cuisine to the area.
Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Aye Soe and Min Tun, Myanmar Meals offers a menu inspired by the couple’s Southeast Asian roots and their journey to the United States in 2008.
Soe and Tun shared that they are feeling so “lucky and blessed” to now be open at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market, 435 Ionia Ave. SW.
In the Nov. 7 press release about the opening of Myanmar Meals, officials said the “Market Hall is officially at 100% capacity.”
