ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — More than 900 flights in and out of the world’s busiest airport were delayed Sunday as bad weather moved across the country.

“This is all an inconvenience. It’s sad,” said Michael Oliver, who was traveling back home to New Jersey with his family.

The end of Thanksgiving turned into flight delays galore for hundreds of passengers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

“And here we are with that line and there’s no flights until Tuesday,” said Michael’s wife, Deborah Oliver.

“We have an eight-family crew. So now we have to split all my kids up with my in-laws, and this is not good at all. So if I have to speak negative about anybody, they got to get better than this,” added Michael.
