DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) - The Dubuque Museum of Art is making construction progress on its new programming pavilion and outdoor terrace and announced Monday it has received a half-a-million-dollar gift to fund it.

The east outdoor terrace will include a gallery, movie screen, cafe and performance space. The space will be named in honor of the donation from the UMB Bank’s Kemper Family Foundation.

UMB CEO and Chairman Mariner Kemper said the new facility will help the arts continue to thrive in Dubuque.
