DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - The Decatur Park District and Lindsey Communities are announcing a new partnership to bring an Adult Day Center to Decatur in 2026.

As part of the collaboration, Lindsey Communities’ non-profit Adult Day entity, Lindsey Life, will lease space from the Decatur Park District to launch an Adult Day Services program.

“Partnering with the Decatur Park District allows us to extend our mission of delivering care and services to a new community,” said Laura Edwards, Executive Director of Lindsey Life. “Adult Day Centers provide a secure, engaging environment for older adults and peace of mind for their loved ones.”
