MESA, Ariz. — Court records have revealed new details for the man accused of ramming into cars and using a crowbar at a Mesa gas station on Nov. 28 .
Cy McCabe, 44, is accused of intentionally ramming into two vehicles while in the parking lot of a Circle K near Alma School Road and Main Street just before midnight on Nov. 28, court records show. Police said they were provided with camera footage that showed the crashes.
One of the vehicles McCabe allegedly collided with, a Nissan Sentra, was pushed 20 feet into a wall. The other car, a Honda Civic, was hit by McCabe and pushed 15 feet into a concrete wall, according to police. The damage to the wall was estimated to be about $2,000, court records show.
