A woman known to law enforcement was taken into custody and arrested on multiple charges including having drugs in her undergarments.
In the early morning hours of November 27, deputies with the Mesa County Sheriff's Office arrested Kendra Erickson, 30, of Grand Junction, after she was spotted, and she was known to local law enforcement to have multiple active outstanding warrants.
She was driving in the area of Bristol Court and D Road, when deputies tried to make a traffic stop at approximately 2:15 a.m.
The suspect refused to stop and a deputy was forced to conducted a Tactical Vehicle Intervention maneuver to disable the vehicle after a very short pursuit in the area of 30 and D Roads.
