Three people accused of killing a man in Bay Roberts last October will face a jury of their peers in a St. John's courtroom next fall.
Matthew Kavanagh, Terry Cole and Stephanie Noftall have each pleaded not guilty to all charges, and have elected trial by judge and jury.
The pleas were entered at the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador in St. John's on Monday morning.
The three are accused of killing a 42-year-old man from Spaniard's Bay and setting fire to his remains in a pickup truck on Country Road in Bay Roberts.
