MUSKEGON, MI – An investigation is underway after a 72-year-old Muskegon man was killed Monday, Dec. 1, in a shooting.
Muskegon police are investigating the shooting as a homicide.
Officers responded to a 9:30 a.m. report of a shooting in the 1400 block of Jiroch Street. Upon arrival, police found the man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
The man, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing.
