DENVER, CO — The International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE) recognized Kelly Collins, CEO of the State Fair of West Virginia, with its prestigious Rising Star Award during its annual convention. The announcement was made on Monday, December 1, 2025, at the IAFE Convention and Trade Show held in Denver, Colorado.
