PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- Paducah Police Department detectives arrested a man Wednesday on multiple child pornography charges.
Detectives began investigating Robert Riley on November 24, 2025, after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Paducah Police said Riley had distributed child sexual abuse material through social media and online storage platforms.
On November 26, 2025, detectives executed a search warrant at Riley's residence. Police said they discovered 29 additional images of child sexual abuse material on his phone.
Authorities also said they found a small amount of methamphetamine, a digital scale, and drug paraphernalia.
Riley was arrested and taken to the McCracken County Jail.
