For centuries, people have been growing and enjoying popcorn. The crop may be a common snack, but producing popcorn brings unique challenges and opportunities. At New Vision Farms in Napoleon, Ohio, popcorn production has become both a business advantage and a point of pride.

New Vision Farms was formed in 2016 when three families — the Fruth, Rettig, and Schwiebert families — combined their farms into one entity. The partnership began in the early 2000s when they started trading acres for specialty crop production and sharing equipment. Over time, they merged their labor, machinery, and office operations into one cohesive business.
