PHOENIX — Need a new place to grab breakfast or brunch in north Phoenix? Look no further than the newest Over Easy location, which will open this weekend.

The Scottsdale-based chain will open the doors of its newest restaurant, which is located near Dove Valley Road and Interstate 17, on Saturday.

“As Dove Valley continues to grow into one of north Phoenix’s most dynamic areas, we’re proud to plant roots here,” Over Easy COO Brian Terpay said in a press release. “We look forward to serving this expanding community with the breakfast favorites and hospitality Over Easy is known for.”

The north Phoenix Over Easy location was designed by two Scottsdale-based companies: architecture firm Aline Architecture Concepts and interior designer Social Design Studio. There will be a main dining room
