TEMPE, Ariz. — The man accused of murdering his wife and her co-worker outside a Tempe pizza shop had reportedly caused a "disturbance" at the business the night before the killings, records show.
Benjaman Visser Jr., 27, was taken into custody shortly after officers were dispatched on Dec. 1 to the Little Caesars near Guadalupe and Rural roads. The suspect's wife, 21-year-old Mary Visser, and the wife's co-worker, 32-year-old Shaquille Simmons, were found with gunshot wounds. They both died from their injuries.
Court records reveal Visser allegedly admitted to shooting two people while on the phone with a 911 dispatcher before officers arrived. The suspect later told investigators he and his wife had been arguing about finances that morning and when he walked her to work, he claimed
