A historic first: Phi Beta Sigma officials announce scholarship winners

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity was founded at Howard University in 1914. The fraternity's first alumni chapter, the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., is hosting a holiday scholarship ball at the International Spy Museum this Friday.
