Laura Woods worryingly fainted live on ITV ahead of England's clash against Ghana, with Ian Wright rushing to her aid before the broadcast cut to adverts.
Woods fell forward with pundits Ian Wright and Anita Asante attempting to catch her before the programme cut to a break, though audio briefly continued.
When coverage resumed, Woods had been replaced by Katie Shanahan, with an update on her condition delivered.
"As you might have noticed, we don't have the wonderful Laura Woods. She has just been taken ill and is in very good hands."
Woods' partner Adam Collard later stated: "Laura is all OK and with the right people. Thank you for all of your kind messages."
