LEWISBURG — A Lewisburg man accused of raping an 11-year-old boy in 2022 pleaded no contest this week to a felony charge of statutory sexual assault.

On Tuesday, Cory Michael Gower, 36, of Stein Lane, Lewisburg, entered the plea in front of Union County Judge Michael Piecuch. In pleading no contest, Gower did not admit guilt but acknowledged there was enough evidence against him that a jury might find him guilty.
