COLUMBUS, Ohio — Colin Harmon-Ulmer woke up to an unexpected sight Tuesday morning.
"I looked outside my window this morning and was very surprised," Harmon-Ulmer said.
He said it took him more than five minutes to scrape several inches of snow off his car.
"I think the biggest issue is getting out of these parking spaces on the street," Harmon-Ulmer said.
In the city of Columbus, residential streets are third priority. The Columbus Department of Public Service said 50 plow trucks focus first on the main, heavy traffic roads.
"Obviously focusing on our top priorities around hospitals, senior centers, schools, major employment centers," Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther said during a storm response news conference Tuesday morning.
