MORGAN COUNTY, Tenn. — The widow of a Morgan County man killed in a head-on crash is keeping his memory alive ahead of a plea hearing for the driver accused in the deadly wreck.
Linda Hester said her husband, Bobbie Hester, was “the most amazing man you could ever meet.” The couple had been married for 45 years and raised two children together.
Bobbie Hester was killed in a crash when authorities say a construction worker was driving a company vehicle while under the influence. The worker crossed the center line and struck the couple’s car.
Linda Hester survived but was seriously hurt and had to be taken to the hospital.
"We were inseparable,” she said. “He was not only my husband, he took me to all my doctor’s appointments ... He was everything to me.”
