Developer honors the days before Idaho Falls existed

Ongoing brickwork at the Westbank Convention Center in Idaho Falls and other properties near the center at 525 River Parkway harkens back to the days when the city was called Eagle Rock.

"We decided to brick it like we have done at the rest of the Eagle Rock Station along River Parkway," said Dane Watkins, convention center owner.
