Strictly Come Dancing has released some of the things the stars and pros said to one another during their frantic instant dance challenge over the weekend.

The heat is intensifying on Strictly Come Dancing as the surviving contestants battle to secure their place in the upcoming finale.

During last weekend's BBC programme, audiences saw Alex Kingston's departure from the competition following her dance-off against Balvinder Sopal, with the judges choosing to rescue the latter.

On Saturday evening, Alex positioned herself at the foot of the leaderboard with a combined score of 23. Nevertheless, her final tally for the evening reached 26 after securing an additional three points during the instant dance challenge.
