OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - An Omaha man was sentenced in federal court for drug and firearm charges.
Clayton Reynolds, 39, of Omaha, was sentenced to 214 months in prison on a drug trafficking charge and 60 months in prison on a firearm charge. Both sentences are to run consecutively.
Reynolds was in court on charges of possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine and of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
The case began when the FBI’s Greater Omaha Safe Streets Task Force began investigating Reynolds for his role in distributing fentanyl in Omaha.
Reynolds sold fentanyl to a confidential informant several times during a three-month period and sold a firearm on one occasion.
A search warrant was issued for his home and storage unit, where law enforcement
