PARADISE VALLEY, AZ (AZFamily) — The Paradise Valley Unified School Board could decide whether to fire its superintendent, Dr. Todd Cummings , after just a few months on the job. The district is set to meet on Tuesday night to discuss 14 “charges” of misconduct against Cummings, who was placed on administrative leave.

The board voted unanimously in September to place Cummings on leave for an investigation. The charges include claims he violated the law and district policy, engaged in “insubordination,” had an “improper attitude,” and was “disrespectful” to district employees.
