After about 13 hours of deliberations, jurors found 30-year-old Dylan Miller guilty of violating the civil rights of a teenage girl who accused him of sexually assaulting her while on duty in August of 2023.

Judge Nina Wang shared the verdict in U.S. District Court in Denver about 4 p.m. Tuesday. The jury deliberated all day on Monday, beginning at 11 a.m., and for about six and a half hours on Tuesday before finding Miller guilty of deprivation of civil rights, a class four felony, according to the indictment .
