LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
Two wrongful death lawsuits will be filed on behalf of the families of the UPS plane crash victims this week.
Clifford Law Offices of Chicago and Sam Aguiar are set to file the lawsuits in Kentucky state court Wednesday morning.
The crash killed 14 people on Nov. 4. The flight was taking off from Louisville and head for Honolulu, Hawaii.
The 14 victims were:
Anderson and Chavez's families are among those being represented in the wrongful death lawsuits.
They claim UPS, UPS Air, and GE (the engine manufacturer), Boeing, and VT Antonio Aerospace were negligent.
