LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A wrongful death lawsuit will be filed Wednesday, Dec. 3 against several parties in the Nov. 4 UPS crash at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport.

Clifford Law Offices of Chicago and Louisville’s Sam Aguiar plan to file two lawsuits on behalf of families who lost loved ones when the plane crashed shortly after takeoff.

According to a release, the plaintiffs are the families of Angela Anderson and Trinadette “Trina” Chavez. Anderson, a 45-year-old mother, was a customer at a local business when the plane crash happened. Chavez, 37 and a mother of two, was an employee at Grade A Auto Parts, one of the businesses destroyed in the crash.
