The owner of a failed nursing home chain who was pardoned by President Donald Trump last month of his conviction on federal tax charges should be ordered to report to an Arkansas prison to serve his sentence for state Medicaid fraud and tax evasion charges, Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin argued in a court filing on Tuesday.
