Jack Grealish professed his love for David Moyes for everything he has done for him after becoming Everton's late hero at Bournemouth . Grealish struck 12 minutes from time, via the aid of a deflection, to give the Blues their first ever Premier League win at the Vitality Stadium at the ninth time of asking.

Grealish's shot from distance took a huge deflection of Bafode Diakite to secure the three points for the Blues, who moved up to ninth in the table with the victory.

Moyes has managed to revitalise Grealish after he had fallen out of favour at Manchester City, with the on-loan winger being named August's Premier League Player of the Month as he holds down a regular place in the Scot's side.
