The Mega Millions jackpot rose to $90 million for the drawing on Tuesday, Dec. 2, after no one matched all the winning numbers in the drawing on Friday, Nov. 28.

If someone matches all six numbers, they can choose a one-time cash payment of $41.9 million.

The most recent winner on Nov. 14 took home a $983 million jackpot, which was the fifth different Mega Millions winner in 2025. The other four winners this year bought their winning tickets in Virginia , Ohio , Illinois , and Arizona , taking home a combined jackpot of more than $900 million.
