Beginning Wednesday, December 3 is the Holiday Whirlpool Appliance Sale to benefit the United Way of Southwest Michigan.

The United Way’s Zack East tells us this is everyone’s chance to scoop up some brand-new appliances at deep discounts, all thanks to the generosity of Whirlpool.

“ They donate, and I’m talking literally hundreds of thousands of dollars of appliances every year that we are then tasked to sell at United Way and we get to keep the proceeds and send that money right back out in the community,” East said.
