Last weekend, Megan’s 19-year-old college student daughter missed her flight home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Exhausted from exams, as well as sick and feverish, she was unsure what to do next. This was a first.

Fortunately, she and her boyfriend were travelling together. They were frustrated and a little bit afraid. They figured it out one step at a time. After several hours in the airport waiting, they booked a later flight at no extra cost and made it to Denver.
