Hunger in our valley is not an abstract issue. It looks like the child trying to learn on an empty stomach, the working parent skipping dinner so there’s enough for the kids, and the senior stretching a fixed income to get through the month. Today, more than 4,600 people in the Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys — children, working families, and seniors — rely on Lift-Up for help putting food on the table.

The people who come to Lift-Up are our neighbors doing their best to care for their families and stay afloat in an expensive valley. Lift-Up helps them keep food on the table through pantries, mobile distributions, and partnerships with local growers from Aspen to Parachute.
