(KBTX) - Texas A&M men’s basketball picked up its fifth win in a row. 81-73 over Pitt, as part of the ACC/SEC Challenge in Pittsburgh on Tuesday.

Texas A&M (7-2) won its second road win in a row after a convincing win over Florida State on Friday.

Why did A&M win? With the Panthers leading in a close game, the Aggies used a 15-2 run late in the second half to go up 75-65 with a minute remaining.

The Aggies got to the free-throw line and were efficient, hitting 20-of-22 from the charity stripe. Pitt only shot 7-of-11 from the foul line.

Who stood out? Rashaun Agee led the way with a game-high 21 points, and his three-pointer with a minute left helped seal the game for the Aggies. This was also a season-high for Agee.
