PROVO, Utah – The recruiting efforts for BYU football in the class of 2026 put the Cougars among the best in college football
Now, BYU is preparing to sign that heralded recruiting class.
The early signing period kicks off today, December 3, and runs until Friday, December 5.
BYU enters Signing Day with momentum after head coach Kalani Sitake signed a long-term contract extension after interest from the Penn State Nittany Lions.
Sitake will welcome to his BYU family a talented group of recruits, headlined by four-star quarterback Ryder Lyons from California.
Lyons committed to BYU last June, choosing the Cougars over Oregon, USC, and Michigan.
