Radiohead postponed two dates of its European tour after announcing that lead singer Thom Yorke was dealing with an “extreme throat infection.”

The two shows in Copenhagen, Denmark, which were supposed to take place Monday and Tuesday, have been rescheduled for Dec. 15 and 16, according to a statement on the band’s Instagram account.

“We are devastated to have to postpone these two shows at such short notice but Thom has been diagnosed with an extreme throat infection which has made it impossible for him to sing," the statement says. "Treatment is underway and we’re hopeful Thom will recover in time to play the final two Copenhagen shows on (Thursday and Friday), and all four Berlin shows, starting on Dec. 8."
