Brrr, many of us are waking up 10-15 degrees cooler than we were at this exact point yesterday. Morning temperatures are in the upper 20s, feeling like the low 20s.
We're waking up to dense cloud cover however more and more sunshine will come into the area as we move into the afternoon and evening. High temperatures this afternoon will rise to the mid and upper 40s.
Thursday night is our next big weather-maker. Rain will start in the Shoals around dinnertime Thursday and become stronger and more widespread as we move towards midnight. Torrential, non-severe, rain will last with us well into Friday morning rush hour and not full get out of the way until close to lunchtime on Friday.
High temperatures remain in the 40s through Friday before sunshine and the low 50s arrive this weekend.
