RALEIGH, N.C. — A "Jeopardy!" winner was arrested on Monday, Dec. 1 for two felony charges in Currituck County, according to an arrest warrant acquired by CBS affiliate WNCN.
Philip Joseph “Joey” DeSena, 42, is accused of putting cameras into a victim's bedroom on Oct. 10, the warrant said.
DeSena was arrested on two counts of felony secret peeping, court records show. He is being held without bond.
DeSena competed on the trivia game show in November 2024, where he won two games and took home $46,698. He appeared in the Champions Wildcard Tournament in January, making it to the semifinals.
