EMERALD GROVE, Wis. — A "serious" crash on U.S. Highway 14 roughly 10 miles southeast of Janesville Wednesday morning has closed both directions of the highway, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Rock County Sheriff's Office.
The closure was from Kemp Road to County C/M near mile marker 179.6, where the sheriff's office received a report of a pulseless non-breather. They also told Channel3000.com that the medical examiner's was called to the scene.
The crash was first reported at around 6:09 a.m., and WisDOT said it may take two hours for crews to clear up the scene.
