Russian President Vladimir Putin said there was "no point in making any serious compromises" in regards to ending his country's yearslong invasion of Ukraine, having instead launched a massive drone attack on Wednesday (December 3) after rejecting the United States' proposed peace deal, the New York Post reports.
Russian drones struck Ternivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine on Wednesday, which resulted in two deaths and three others being injured. The Kremlin reportedly fired 111 strike and decoy drones during an overnight attack, according to Ukraine's air force.
