One suspect accused of smashing the front window and stealing merchandise from Lola Saratoga in Stuyvesant Plaza has been arraigned. According to the Guilderland Police Department, Christopher Tyler, 24, of Washington, D.C., was indicted on burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief charges.
