Fans chanting “Fire Tomlin” at the end of the Steelers’ 26-7 loss to the Buffalo Bills encapsulated the frustration that has finally boiled over after years of mediocrity. But it’s not just fans and media saying it’s time for a change, it’s former players, as well – including Ben Roethlisberger.
On the latest episode of Footbahlin with Ben Roethlisberger, the two-time Super Bowl champion discussed if it was time to move on.
Maybe it’s time,” Roethlisberger said. “I like Coach Tomlin. I have a lot of respect for Coach Tomlin. But maybe it’s best for him, too. Maybe a fresh start for him is what’s best. ”
