Ninety years ago, over 60 veterans signed a charter to establish the Ronald Westby Post 2638, Madison's chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

The exact date has passed, but in lieu of celebrating on Aug. 17, all members of the public are invited to the 90th anniversary celebration at the Madison VFW, located at 510 S. Washington Ave., on Dec. 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. ×
