ALBION — A Holley woman has been charged with a hate crime after allegedly throwing urine from a cup onto a corrections officer at Orleans County Jail.
Amanda Clemons-Whited, 41, was in custody Nov. 24 at the jail, said Orleans County Sheriff Christopher Bourke in a news release. Besides throwing the urine, she also allegedly used racially charged language toward corrections officers and tried to strike one of them.
