Six of the Ann Arbor-area’s top football players made things official on Wednesday as they signed with Division I programs during the early signing period.

Here is a look at which standouts made their commitments reality on Wednesday.

Tommy Carr, Saline

Position: Quarterback

College: Michigan

Carr flipped his commitment from Miami (OH) to Michigan in November , adding to his family’s legacy with the Wolverines.

The 6-3 signal caller was a 2-year starter for the Hornets and led the team to a district championship this season.

Carr passed 2,797 yards and 37 touchdowns to five interceptions and rushed for seven touchdowns.

He is listed as the No. 1 quarterback in Michigan and the No. 6 player overall in the 2026 class by 247Sports.
