Only recently reopened following a spring fire that closed the shop for much of the year, the Herbivorous Butcher is roaring back during its first month open.

The vegan butcher in Northeast Minneapolis will appear on the Dec. 5 episode of Food Network's "Triple D Nation," a spin on Guy Fieri's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" that revisits restaurants from past episodes.

"We’re so grateful to our community for lifting us back up this year," the restaurant wrote on Instagram, sharing details on the upcoming appearance.

The siblings behind the Herbivorous Butcher, Aubry and Kale Welch, previously appeared on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" in 2016, showcasing their vegan "meat" and "cheese" recipes, including a sliced turkey, pastrami, and Havarti sandwich.
