CHARLESTON — Attorney General JB McCuskey on Wednesday announced Phase 2 of Operation Robocall Roundup, expanding a nationwide crackdown on illegal robocalls to four of the country’s largest voice service providers.
As part of a growing investigation, the bipartisan Anti-Robocall Multistate Litigation Task Force has ordered Inteliquent, Bandwidth, Lumen and Peerless to immediately stop transmitting suspected illegal robocalls on their networks.
