AUSTIN, Texas — A well-known Houston lawyer announced that he is now representing the family of a 19-year-old Texas A&M student who fell from a 17-story West Campus apartment balcony in Austin on Friday night.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, who's been involved in numerous high-profile cases in Texas and nationally, plans to hold a news conference on Friday in Houston with the parents of Brianna Aguilera, who are pushing for more answers in their daughter's death.
Austin police have said they do not suspect foul play or that Aguilera died of homicide, pointing to the possibility of an accidental fall or suicide.
Assistant Chief Lee Rogers says he is not yet able to provide details about that information because detectives are still interviewing anyone who might have information about the hours
